                                                                    This professionalization program is aimed at public transport drivers. Beneficiaries: This program is primarily aimed at: • drivers of public transport vehicles that transport large numbers of people: o buses, o minibuses, o ambulances, o taxis, o tourist buses. • drivers of public transport vehicles that transport children to and from school or to different places; • drivers of leaders and very distinguished guests (VVIP) visiting the country • drivers of motorbikes. It will also be able to accommodate other people who wish to have professional drivers; Explanation of the reason and objective: This program will contribute to improving the professionalism of the public transport and motorbikes sector, including reducing or preventing the problems of poor service provision to passengers mentioned above.The main objective is: • To increase the knowledge of public transport drivers with the aim of correcting unethical behavior through training • To collaborate with relevant authorities to establish regulations related to professionalism and core values that characterize a professional person in public transport. • To implement the provisions of laws or regulations and advocate for any person driving public or private vehicles • To help drivers acquire knowledge, practical skills, ethics and impeccable values. • To increase the knowledge, practical skills, ethics and values of passenger transport operators (buses, minibuses, taxis, motorbikes) • To help the government, investors improve the quality of professional transport services, welcoming “Na Yombi” beneficiaries • To prevent accidents, conflicts and other problems arising from poor behavior and knowledge of passenger transport operators in public transport and motorbikes. The training will focus on the following subjects, which prepare for professionalism in public transport.
